Playing the Game:

Gameplay

1.   START OF THE GAME. The game begins when the first player executes his/her first turn.

2.   EXECUTING A TURN. To execute a turn, the player must first roll the die, and move the number of the die he/she rolled.

3.   LAND ON A SPECIAL SPACE. When a player lands on a supply station, he/she will be able to get refill with their resource card (The value of resource cards is different in each supply station). The player would consume the value of resource card each time he/she moves. If a player running out of resource card, he/she must go back to the previous supply station and get refilled. After that, the player needs to go forward from the supply station again. When a player lands on an event space, he/she must pick an event card and follow the instruction.

4.   ATTACK. When two players land on the same space, players could choose to attack another player or stay peace. Players attack by rolling the die. The attacker needs to roll first, and the higher roll wins the attack. The winner will get one resource amount from the loser. If the loser doesn’t have any resource amount, he/she must go back to the previous supply station and refill. A player must have at least one resource amount to start the attack.

5.   END OF THE GAME. The player must roll the exact number to land on the earth.

6.   WINNER. The first player who boards earth wins the game.

PROTOTYPE 3.0

 Prototype 1.0

*NOTES*

After play-testing, we really like this model. Rules definitely need to be tweaked, and new special spaces need to be added and made more exciting. We like the resource idea from Fey's game, and we'll probably stick with it.

*NOTES*

Not a huge fan of the board type. The other, more linear path, seemed to work better. A nice combination of the both seems like it would be better. The special space cards have improved. Still have work to do.

*NOTES*

This is Fey's original game, which we will be basing our new game off of. We like the linear resource management style of gameplay that her game  rules provoke.
